2.1.- Request #122 (P. Lombard - NEW):

	--> AppChannels primary key constraint is missing ondate.

	Primary key constraint of (progid, net, sta, seedchan, location)
	is too restrictive: this table could have many rows for a given
	(progid, net, sta, seedchan, location) spanning different times
	periods. By design, these time periods should not overlap, but
	that cannot be expressed as an SQL constraint. Following the
	examples of channel_data and simple_response, ondate should be
	added to this primary key constraint.

	The clipping level of channels is currently needed for coda
	duration measurements in earthworm and jiggle. In NCSS we are
	currently deriving this from the datalogger type from HT schema,
	and a flat-file table giving digitizer bit range. Caltech
	(AWW, Friberg) are "guessing" based on channel names.
